Lead with Compassion
Compassion is at the heart of God’s love.
Throughout His ministry, Jesus showed compassion to everyone He encountered, regardless of their background or beliefs.
In Matthew 9:36, it says, “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”
Compassion involves not only seeing the pain and struggles of others but also responding with kindness and care.
To show compassion, we must seek to understand others instead of judging them.
Ask questions, listen to their stories, and offer support when needed.
Even small acts of kindness, like a listening ear, a warm meal, or an encouraging word, can reflect the love of Christ and bring people closer together.
Speak Words That Build Up
In a world filled with harsh words and negativity, the way we speak can be a powerful testimony of God’s love.

Stay Grounded in God’s Love
