Return Policy

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 30 day return policy for all products at Airstrike.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products and we want you to feel that you have been treated well by people who really care about you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Airstrike products, we offer a full refund less shipping.

 

Please allow 5 business days for processing and another 5 days for the adjustment to reach your account. With that in mind, here are the simple rules:

 

Which products can be returned?

 

  • Tangible products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original condition unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them.
  • Bundles must be returned with all of their original contents intact, and special promotional packages must also be returned with all original items intact, including any free premium items which were included.

 

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Products that have not been purchased from airstrikeinc.com.
  • Products that have been used (i.e. installed on your vehicle.)

 

If these requirements are met, and no more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund by debit card, less shipping costs).

 

We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived at our facility.

 

How do I return an item?

  1. Package all items securely into a box. (Tip: To save some money, reuse the same box the items were shipped to you in).

  2. Include proof of purchase. (order receipt email or packaging invoice). If you need assistance locating your order number, please contact us at support@airstrikeinc.com.
  3. To better serve you, please include the reason you are returning the package in the box. Please also provide your email address so we can contact you if we have questions about your return.
  4. Address the package to: Airstrike RETURNS 2537 Cedarcrest Rd Ste 305 # 32, Acworth, Georgia 30101 United States
  5. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Airstrike is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
